Full Monthly Bookkeeping
I handle 100% of your bookkeeping by downloading and categorizing all of your transactions each month. I'll reconcile all of your business accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
Monthly Financial Reports
Once your books are completed each month I'll upload financial reports to your client portal to give you financial clarity and provide my hot takes and trends spotted.
1099 Tracking and Filing
Through your monthly bookkeeping, I'll keep you aware of any payments you make that qualify for 1099 Tracking. I'll provide you with blank W-9 forms to send those individuals, I'll track all payments to them and file your 1099s when due in January of each year.
Sales Tax Tracking and Filing
Through your monthly bookkeeping, I'll keep you aware of any payment you make that qualifies.
Complete QuickBooks Online Set Up
I'll completely set up your brand new QuickBooks Online file for you. This includes setting up a custom chart of accounts specific to your company and importing all transactions from an agreed-upon point in time.
QuickBooks Online Integration
I'll integrate any apps we'll be working with such as your CRM, Payment Processor, etc... Common integrations include Dubsado, Honeybook, 17Hats, Stripe, Square, Asana, Amazon, and Pre-set, just to name a few.
